Pickup guide

  1. Customer pickup—we do not deliver. Arrive only during your confirmed reservation, from the start date through the return deadline. Pickup and return are available 24/7 in that window after approval, signing, and payment.
  2. Complete approval, signing, and payment first. After-hours payment uses the same Apple Pay, Venmo, or card buttons on your reservation (no staff on site).
  3. Enter the time-limited gate code. It is never in the page URL. Codes are not issued while the booking is unpaid.
  4. Complete checkout photos, inventory, and the connection checklist.
  5. Confirm hitch (yours or the $15 rental), chains, breakaway, lights, and brake controller. Final fit is checked before release.
  6. Exit, relock the gate, and confirm on your reservation page. Return by the deadline shown on the booking.
